T'm Joseph ffrederick This is the last Will and Testament of me Joseph ffrederick of the parish of Bampton in the County of Oxon Gent. Imprimis I give and bequeath unto my dear and loving brother John ffrederick of the parish of Bampton aforesaid Esquire all my Goods Chattells and personall Estate whereof I am any ways possessed of interested in or entituled unto at the time of my decease upon the Condition That he my said Brother John ffrederick do and shall pay thereout the severall Legacies and sums of money to the severall persons and at the severall times hereafter mentioned viz to my Neice and God-daughter Dorothy ffrederick Daughter of my said Brother John ffrederick the sume of one thousand pounds Item I give and bequeath to my Neice Martha ffrederick another of the Daughters of my said Brother John ffrederick the sume of three hundred pounds Item I give to my Neice Susannah ffrederick another of the Daughters of my said brother John ffrederick the like sume of three hundred pounds all which said severall Legacies I do desire and direct shall be paid to the said severall Legatees at their severall and respective Ages of twenty one years Item all the rest residue and remainder of my said Personal Estate I do give and bequeath unto my said brother John ffrederick whom I do constitute and appoint full and sole Executor of this my last Will and Testament And lastly I doo hereby revoke all former and other Wills by me at any time heretofore made and do declare this to be my last Will and Testament In witness whereof I have to this my last Will and Testament contained in two sides of paper to the first side put my hand and to the last side my hand and seal this sixteenth day of December Annoq' D'ni 1724. the mark of Joseph ffrederick Signed sealed published and declared by the said Testator as and for his last Will and Testament in the presence of us who subscribed our names as Witnesses thereto in his presence and in the sight and presence of each other.
