In the name of God Amen I Thomas Heading of Grove in the County of Berks husbandman do hereby make this my last Will and Testament in the manner and form following that is to say I Give and bequeath unto my Wife Elizabeth Heading all and singular my Estate Lands Tenements and Hereditaments with all my Goods Chattels and every thing belonging to me wheresoever and whatsoever to have and to hold all my said Estate Lands Tenements hereditaments and premises to my said wife Elizabeth Heading her heirs and assigns for ever and I do constitute and appoint my said wife sole Executrix of this my last Will and Testament In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and Seal this 13th day of october and in the year of our Lord one thousand seven hundred and eighty nine Thomas Heading Signed Sealed published and declared by the above named Thomas Heading the Testator to be his last Will and Testament in the presence of us who at his request have subscribed our names as witnesses hereunto John Walter Ann Walter R Taylor

This Will was proved at London the thirtieth day of July in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and four before the right honourable Sir William Wynne Knight Doctor of Laws Master Keeper or commissary of the Prerogative Court of Canterury lawfully constituted by the oath of Elizabeth Heading widow the Relict of the deceased and the sole Executrix named in the said Will to whom admon was granted of all and singular the Goods Chattels and Credits of the said deceased she having been first sworn by commission duly to administer.
