In the name of God Amen I Thomas Hutton of Holwell in Oxfordshire being of sound mind memory & understanding praised be God for the same do for settling my worldly affairs make & publish this my last Will & Testament in writing in manner & form following First I direct that all my just debts funeral & testamentary expenses be paid & discharged by my Executor & Executrix hereafter named I give devise and bequeath to my son John & my daughter Ann all my Goods Chattels ready money & securities for money & all other my property of what nature or kind soever & wheresoever to be equally divided between them share & share alike as tenants in common and not as joint tenants Lastly I hereby appoint my son John & my daughter Ann joint Executor & Executrix of this my Will In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and affixed my seal this tenth day of February one thousand eight hundred & thirty one Thomas Hutton Signed sealed & delivered by by said Thos Hutton the testator in the presence of us who have in his presence & in the presence of each other set our hands as witness thereof Wm. Higgons Mary Higgons

Proved at London 15th July 1836 before the Judge by the oath of Ann Hutton Spinster the daughter the surviving Executor to whom admon was granted having been first sworn by Com'on duly to adm'r.
