  • I give my granddaughter Grace Fenimore £10
  • I give my son William £40, a joined bedstead, a new featherbed, a set of curtains, a coverlet, a pair of blankets, two pairs of sheets, a tablecloth, a bolster, two coffers, a box, three pewter dishes, two kettles (my best and my least), a skillet, my warming pan and fryingpan, a pair of andirons, my best hangin?, two leather chairs and two joined stools.
  • I give my son-in-law Thomas Kirby 1s.
  • I give my daughter Mary's two sons each £5.
  • I give my daughter Mary's daughter my best bedstead, a featherbed, a feather bolster, two pairs of sheets, a tablecloth, my biggest kettle. three pewter dishes, a chest, my court cupboard cushion and half a dozen napkins.
    If she dies before age 21 those goods go to her two brothers.
  • I give to my four granddaughters Elizabeth, Alice, Mary and Judith, daughters of William Fennimore, 5s each and also to Elizabeth a box.

In the Name of God Amen. I Judith Alley als Leverett of Charlton upon otmore in the County of Oxen Widdow being of perfect sence & memory thanks be to God do here make my Last Will & Testament in manner & form following first I bequeath my soule to Allmighty God who gave it in hopes through the merritts of Jesus Christ my saviour to be made partaker of A Joyfull resurrection at the last day & my body to be buryed in Christian buriall at the discretion of my Executor & as for my Worldly goods I dispose of them as followeth : viz. Imprimis I do give & bequeath to my grandaughter Grace Fenimore tenn pounds Item I do give to my sonn William forty pounds & A ioyned Bedsteed & A new featherbed & a sett of Curtaines & a Coverled & a paire of blankets & two paire of sheets & a tablecloth & a bolster & two Coffers & a box & three pewter dishes & two Kettels my best & my lest & a skillett & my warming pan & fryingpan & a paire of Andirons & my best hangin & two leather chaires & two Joyn’d stooles Item I do give my sonn in law Thomas Kirby one shilling Item I do give to my daughter Marys two sonns each of them five pounds.
