Transcriber's and Editor's Notes
Not technically an Oxon will, but she is thought to have been born in Bampton.
The figures for her holding in Consols do not agree -- someone (the probate clerk?) appears to have made a mistake. The total should probably be £1434 14s 10d, not £1444 14s 10d.
The following details are believed to be true but should not be totally relied upon:
Testatrix: nee COXETER, daughter of Richard (1741 qv), sister-in-law of Elizabeth (1772 qv).
  Translated and paragraphed.
with some of the standard preamble and "legalese" removed.
