On the seventeenth day of May 1879 Letters of Administration of the personal Estate of William Henry Boffin late of 71 Saint Giles' Street in the City of Oxford, Confectioner, deceased, who died on the sixth day of April 1879 at 71 St Giles' Street aforesaid intestate were granted by Her Majesty's High Court of Justice in the District Registry attached to the Probate Division thereof at Oxford to Alice Boffin of 71 Saint Giles' Street aforesaid, the lawful Widow and Relict of the said deceased, she having been first sworn duly to administer.

Sureties: James Boffin of High Street in the City of Oxford, Confectioner , and Alfred Boffin of Saint Giles in the same City, Confectioner
