This is the last Will and Testament of me Richard Coppock of Headington Quarry in the County of Oxford made this Ninth day of August in the year of our Lord One thousand nine hundred and five. I hereby revoke all Wills made by me at any time heretofore. I appoint Tom Coppock of me Old Rd. Newton Hyde Cheshire to be my Executor and direct that all my debts and funeral expenses shall be paid as soon as conveniently may be after my decease. I give and bequeath unto my two Children Tom Coppock & Harriet Shepherd all that I possess my House & goods which I possess at the time of my decease. Signed by the said Testator in the presence of us present at the same time who at his request in his presence and in the                              Richard Coppock his cross X presence of each other have subscribed our names as witnesses.       William Bushnell       Isaac Bushnell Affidavit of due execution filed John T. Lewis District Registrar. On the First day of December 1913. Probate of this Will was granted at Oxford to Tom Coppock the Son, the sole Executor. [Probate] Be it known that Richard Coppock of Headington Quarry in the County of Oxford Carter who at the time of his death had a fixed place of abode at Headington Quarry aforesaid within the District of the Counties of Oxford Berks and Buckingham, died on the 12th day of December 1908, at Headington Quarry aforesaid. And be it further known that at the date hereunder written the last will and Testament of the said deceased was proved and registered in the District Probate Registry of his Majesty’s High Court of Justice at Oxford, and that administration of all the estate which by law devolves to and vests in the personal representative of the said deceased was granted by the aforesaid Court to Tom Coppock of 110 Old Road Newton, Hyde in the County of Chester Bricklayer, the Son of the Deceased, the sole Executor named in the said Will.          Dated the 1st day of December 1913 Gross Value of Estate £135.0.0d
