  • I give Thomas Kirnocke my son my great brass pot [and] one pair of sheets
  • If my wife remarries, my son Thomas shall have half of all the goods, behaving well toward his mother.
  • I give to Annes my daughter a little brass pot, one pair of sheets, a coffer, a bedstead, a platter and 20s in money to be paid at the day of her marriage
  • I give Lawrence my son one pair of sheets [and] one platter.
  • All the rest of my goods I give to Margaret my wife whom I make my sole executrix.

In the name of god Amen the xiiijo of ffebruary
I Thomas Kirnoke of Dadington in the Countie of
Oxon mason bein sicke in bodie but p'fect in
Remembrannce thanks be to God doe make this
my last will and testament in mann'r and forme
followinge first I bequeath my soule unto All=
mightie god my only maker and my bodie to be
buried in the p'ish of Dadington It' I geve to
Thomas kirnocke my sonne my great brasse potte
one paire of sheets and yf my wyf doe marry
againe my will is that my said sone Thomas
shall have halfe the goods moveable and un=
moveable usinge himself well toward his
mother It' I geve to Annes my daughter a
litle brasse potte one paire of sheets a coffer a
bef bedsteed a platter and xxs in money to be
paid at the daye of her marriadge It' I geve
and bequeath to Lawrence my son'e one peare
of sheets one platter All the rest of my goods
not bequeathed I geve to Margarett my wife
whome I make my sole executrix to se this
my last will p'formed witnesses Alice Wickers
