Noverint Universi per praesentes nos Rich'um fford de Kingham Com’ Oxon [deletion] yeoman et Annam fford ejus ux' Gulielmum Tymes de Sibford Gow’ Com’ Oxon p'd' Scribam et Joh'em Twycrosse Civitatio Oxon yeoma’ teneri et firm’er obligari Joh'i Baylie LL Bacc’ D'ni Archi'ni Archinat' Oxon officiali prin'li in Centum libris bonae & legalis monetae Angliae solvend. eidem Joh'i Baylie officiali Di'ni Archidiaconi Oxon p'dict' aut ejus certo in hac parte Attornato Executor. Administratibus sive Assignatis suis: ad quam quidem solutio- nem bene & fideliter faciend. Obligamus nos & quemlibet nostrum per se pro toto & in solido Heredes, Execut. & Administ. nostros firmiter per praesentes Sigillis nostris Sigillat. Dat. Tertio die mensis Novembris anno regni Dom. nostri Caroli Secundi Dei Gratia Angliae Scotiae Franciae & Hiberniae Regis, Fidei Defensons &c Vicesimo Nono Annoq; Domini. 1677. The Condition of this Obligation is such, that if the above bounden Anne fford Sister & Administratrix of all & singular the goods ch’ells & creditts of Sarah ffarran late of Kingham in the Countie and Archdeaconry of Oxon Spinster Dec’d do make or cause to be made a true and perfect Inventory of all and singular the Goods, Chattles and Credits of the said deceased, which have, or shall come to the hands, possession or knowledge of her the said Anne or into the hands & possession of any other person or persons for her and the same so made do exhi- -bit or cause to be exhibited into the Registry of the Archdeacon’s Court of Oxon at or before the first day of January next ensuing, and the same goods chattles and credits and all other goods chattles and credits of the said deceased at the time of her death, which at any time after shall come to the hands or possession of the said Anne fford or into the hands and possession of any other person or persons for her do well and truly Administer ac- cording to Law, and further do make or cause to be made a true and just accompt of her said Administration, at or before the ffirst day of October w’ch shall be in the yeare of o’r Lord God one thousand six hundred seaventy & eight and all the rest and residue of the said goods chattles and credits which shall be found remaining upon the said Administratrix’s accompt, the same being first examined and allow- ed of by the Judge or Judges, for the time being of the said Court, shall deliver and pay unto such person or persons respectively, as the said Judge or Judges by his or their decree or sentence, pursuant to the true intent and meaning of a late Act of Parliament, intituled an Act for the better setling of Intestates E- states, shall limit and appoint; and if it shall hereafter appear that any last Will and Testament was made by the said deceased, and the Executor or Executors therein named do exhibit the same into the said Court, making request to have it allowed & approved accordingly, if the said Anne fford above bounden being thereunto required, do render and deliver the said Letters of Administrati- on (Approbation of such Testament being first had and made) in the said Court, then this Obligation to be void, and none effect, or else to remain in full force and Virtue.
