22 Aug 1820 Admon with the will annexed ... to Thomas Sutton grandson & next of kin ...
Sarah White granddaughter sole Executrix & Residuary Legatee named died in the lifetime of the testatrix.
Transcriber's Notes
The Executrix Sarah WHITE died during the three years between the signing of the will and the time it came up for Probate.
An Admon was therefore required, granting Probate to Sarah's brother Thomas SUTTON as next of kin.
The testatrix's brother William was technically next of kin -- perhaps he had also died in the interim.
  Translated and paragraphed.
with some of the standard preamble and "legalese" removed.
