I give my loving brother John Luckett one pewter dish, one coffer, one cupboard, one pillow drawer, one napkin, one pair of sheets, one pewter chamber pot, one tablecloth, one fire-shovel and tongs, one little down pillow, one little brass kettle, one brass skillet, and one striped bed with curtains and valance and its bedstead etc. After his decease my kinswoman Mary Antill is to have the striped bed etc. I also give my cottage in Hook Norton (recently given to me and my heirs by Anthony Prentice) to John and his heirs etc forever. I give my kinswoman Mary Bailey my black silk hood and scarf, one satin petticoat, one coloured silk handkerchief, one pair of gloves, one sarsenet hood, one pewter dish, one smoothing iron, two holland hoods, one joined stool, three sheets, one red cloth petticoat, one napkin, one bed, four white aprons, and all the rest of my wearing apparel except as follows: I give my kinswoman Hannah Wells one holland shift, one black silk petticoat, one silk handkerchief and one napkin. I give my kinswoman Mary Coleing my green gown and petticoat, one coloured silk handkerchief, one pair of gloves one shift, one apron, one black and white striped petticoat, one striped muslin hood and one napkin. I give my kinswoman Mary Antill one silk gown and petticoat, one gold ring, one sarsenet hood, one flaxen sheet, one pillowbear, one napkin, one pewter dish, one porringer, one pewter cup, one brass candlestick, one suit of pinners? one white dimity petticoat, one black petticoat, one ridinghood, one great trunk, two dowlas? shifts, two flaxen shifts, one muslin handkerchief and one striped apron. To my kinswoman Mary Bailey £20, to be at her own disposal. To my kinswoman Hannah Wells £10. If any of Thomas Hyett, John Hyett, Richard Hyett or Hannah Wells die before inheriting or without issue, their legacies go equally between the survivors. To my kinsman John Luckett £5. To my kinsman Alexander Luckett £10, to be paid within three years or when my Executor thinks fit. To my kinswoman Mary Antill £10. To my kinswoman Hannah Antill £10. If either Mary Antill or Hannah Antill dies unmarried before inheriting, her legacy goes to the survivor.
